Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
We reserve the right to refuse a refundif the item is not in its original condition, has been used or opened, or is returned after the 14 business days timeframe. In addition, we cannot refund shipping costs or any applicable taxes or duties.

International Returns
