How your custom piece comes together

Four stages, from a name and a reference photo to a figure that is entirely yours.

STEP 01

Tell us who she is

Send us the name of the anime character you would like customized. If you already have a look, a pose, or a piece of art you love, share that too — it helps us understand exactly what you are picturing.

We will go back and forth over email until the concept is settled. Once you confirm, we collect a 30% deposit to begin production.

STEP 02

3D sculpting, with you in the loop

Our team builds your character in 3D from the ground up. Throughout this stage, we stay in constant contact — adjusting the head sculpt, body proportions, and every detail in between, as many rounds as it takes until you are satisfied with the model.

This stage runs approximately 30–45 working days.

02

A 3D work-in-progress screenshot goes great here — swap this in for your own render once you have one.

STEP 03

Mold, cast, and a check-in before we finish

Once the sculpt is approved, we move into molding and production. When your piece comes off the line, we photograph it and send those photos over for your confirmation — with room for small-scale adjustments before anything is finalized.

STEP 04

Styling, finishing, and shipment

With the shape confirmed, we move on to final styling — makeup, finishing touches, and dressing her for the last time before she ships. This stage runs approximately 35–40 working days.

Then she is on her way to you: a custom anime character that exists nowhere else, made for you alone.
